ANKARA — Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has ruled out giving the inexperienced light for Sweden’s accession to NATO before the alliance summit in Lithuania next month.

Erdogan spoke to journalists accompanying him to Azerbaijan earlier this week. His feedback had been released Wednesday.
